Meet Me Gently is an attachment-informed educational product. It is not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support, and it is not proof that a relationship is safe. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact local emergency services or a professional support line. Every card can be passed, paused, swapped, or stopped.

3. Compliance checklist before you sell

This is a working punch list for whoever owns this business, not a legal opinion. Before Meet Me Gently goes on public sale:

  1. Fill in every bracketed placeholder across all eight policy pages with real, verified business details.
  2. Have a qualified lawyer in the selling jurisdiction review the whole set of policies together, not page by page in isolation.
  3. Confirm the Stripe account's business details and the card statement descriptor match the legal entity named in these policies.
  4. Appoint an EU Article 27 representative and a UK representative if the business is not established in those territories.
  5. Register for VAT and for IOSS/OSS as applicable, and confirm the import thresholds cited in shipping.html against current rules.
  6. Decide the analytics stack, if any, and wire consent gating before any analytics script loads.
  7. Assess age-assurance obligations market by market — self-attestation at checkout may not be sufficient in places that require "highly effective age assurance" for adult content.
  8. Commission an independent accessibility audit against the target set out in accessibility.html.
  9. Confirm the statutory record-retention periods cited in privacy.html for the seller's country.
